Cardio dvds, best lat exercises bodybuilding - Test Out

Author: admin
To be honest, I'm not a fan of DVDs or books that include "weight loss" in their titles, but I am a fan of cardio and using dumbbells to tone, so I gave the DVD Weight Loss: Cardio Sculpt ($15) a try. Although I'm not a huge fan of DVDs that have the words "weight loss" on the cover, I did love the Weight Loss — Cardio Sculpt video I reviewed a while back. I spent a good portion of the year sweating it out in my living room, (upsetting my downstairs neighbors) testing the hottest DVDs on the market. There are so many reasons I'm a fan of The Biggest Loser: 6-Week Cardio Crush DVD ($15) — OK, I'll be frank, Bob and Dolvett are two big reasons I love this pick. Jeanette Jenkins is one of our favorite celebrity trainers, and we've been loving her new DVD Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt ($20, originally $25). This year, Bollywood-style dance workouts caught on for good reason, and The Doonya Bollywood Workout ($33 for three DVDs) is one of the most fun series I've worked out with to date.

This 54-minute video incorporates a warmup, two 20-minute workouts (Pure Sculpt to tone your muscles, and Interval Cardio Burn to burn calories), and a cooldown. This DVD follows the same format of a few minutes of cardio, and a few minutes of strength training with weights, so it goes by really fast. Both workouts included alternating between intervals of cardio and intervals of strengthening exercises; you could do both segments if you had the time, or just one if you wanted a shorter, but still complete, workout. The cardio portion includes high-energy kickboxing and martial arts-influenced cardio moves like punching, kicking, and pretend jumping rope to burn calories.
Even if you can't attend class at her Brentwood studio, bring Tracy to your living room in her Tracy Anderson: Dance + Cardio DVD ($15). Quality instruction keeps you connected to your workout from start to finish, and the two Doonya instructors, Kajal and Priya, serve as the perfect ambassadors for this high-energy cardio craze.

This video definitely focuses more on cardio and less on strength training, so it's a great alternative to going for a jog or light bike ride.
On the whole, this DVD is definitely more about sculpting than cardio, so if you're looking for a workout to tone your body, give Weight Loss: Cardio Sculpt a try. If you like cardio kickboxing classes, this video will be great to have when you can't make it to the gym.
