After use this product when the masked arrived after ordering, I realize that my stamina has change. I bought the mask and just received it yesterday, I play soccer and am using it to get in better shape for the winter months and work on my fitness. I often struggle to run a mile under 530 but after warming up with a mile of mask on and then run a mile after with it off, I noticed I was able to run a lot more because of the better breathing and almost got under a 5:00 mile with no struggle.
