On Monday’s workout, I chose heavier weights since I was only completing the exercise for one minute.

Anyway, this week I’ve decided that I will┬ácommit to a short standalone abs workout on five of the seven days.
My pace was about a minute slower than average, but it was nice to take it slow and focus on stretching more. So usually I try to approach abs in a similar way to a mother trying to get her child to eat veggies without it noticing what’s going on.
