This has nothing to do with a no equipment workout, but I saw this on Facebook and I think you need this in your life!!
In the summer when its nice out, I will set up a monthly-daily workout challenge for myself and do the workout in my backyard before work, in addition to my daily workout. I do not have any strength equipment at home, but would like to get something for when I just have a few mins and not enough time to get to the gym. Love the 10 minute workout with no equipment, such a great idea especially if you’re traveling, or just really busy.
Although a 10 minutes cardio workout does not seem to be too much, but short, yet complete and intense training can do a lot to burn calories. Keeping up the intensity is key to this workout, so make sure you’re really pushing yourself during those 45 seconds.

However, I still drive 30 min one way to the gym to workout every day because I feel lonely if I’m not working out near others!
A well-made cardio workout can burn fat and a lot of calories even if it takes only 10 minutes.
By the way, most of the workout videos below are presented by women, but they are suitable for men as well. All you need for this quickie workout is a chair and a little bit of space.┬áDo this routine a few times each week, and you’ll see results just in time for the New Year!
